I’d originally imagined doing the food photography for this cookbook, but the truth is, I’m better with people. The authors hired me to spend a day with them at the flagship Whole Foods Market in Austin, capturing lifestyle shots to pepper throughout the book. We met up that evening for a tasting, and in the muggy heat of an Austin summer I quickly took the author headshots.
